We collect only the data you voluntarily provide to us, specifically:

Your quiz responses — if you choose to complete a questionnaire on this website; these are anonymous and do not personally identify you
The website also automatically collects a small amount of basic technical data (IP address, browser type) through the hosting server, strictly for the normal operation of the site. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
We do not collect sensitive data (national ID numbers, medical information, financial data, religious or political beliefs) and we do not create automated user profiles.
3. WHY WE USE YOUR DATA
We use your email address and first name solely to respond to your request for a consultation or information. We do not send unsolicited messages and we do not use your data for any purpose other than the one for which you provided it.
Quiz responses are used exclusively to better understand our audience’s interests and to improve the services we offer, in aggregated and anonymous form only.
4. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We keep contact data (email address, first name) for a maximum of 2 years from your last interaction, or until you request deletion. Email correspondence is kept for a maximum of 3 years. Technical server data is automatically deleted within 30 days.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by sending a simple email, and we will comply within 30 days.
5. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH
We do not sell or share your data with any third party for commercial purposes.
Your data is technically accessible to the service providers that make this website possible — the web hosting service and Gmail (Google), through which we receive your emails. Both providers have contractual obligations to comply with GDPR and do not use the data for their own purposes.
Data may be disclosed to Romanian public authorities only when required by law or by a court order.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
